i’m looking forward to… seeing alison tomorrow!!
i’m feeling grateful for… my family :) they’ve made this break a lot less lonely
notes: things have been hard lately, i lost my dog and have to find a new therapist and am still figuring out my meds, but i kind of had some sort of epiphany last night about who i am, or who i was before being hospitalized last february. it’s been almost a year and i feel like i still haven’t recovered fully, but i feel like i’m making progress. i’m someone who needs to go outside and sit quietly at least once a day, and go for walks and bike rides, and read as much as possible. i like who i am and i want to become that person again. speaking of which i think i’ll go for a walk!
