this is the first day in a while that i’ve been able to sit down at the end of the day and feel good about how it went!! i’m not sure i’ll make it to school tomorrow, but either way today was a huge win for me. i’m really hopeful that this depressive episode will lift soon. they always feel so permanent but they never last forever!
